How is the gift card delivered?
Once your order is confirmed, your gift card is delivered digitally to the email address you provide. If you prefer, we can send it directly to the recipient — your personal message travels with the card.
Does the card expire?
Yes, Joker Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the delivery date. We send a reminder email before the balance expires.
Do I pay anything to place an order?
You only pay the balance of the card you choose — there are no delivery or service fees. Filling out the order form is completely free and non-binding.
How does the recipient use the card?
The code on the card is entered at checkout at the relevant spending point. Step-by-step usage instructions are included in the delivery email.
What if I enter the wrong email address?
Don't worry — our team confirms every order by phone before delivery. Any incorrect details are corrected at that stage.
Can I place a corporate order?
Yes. We offer bulk gift card solutions for companies — employee rewards, client gifts and campaigns with custom pricing. Simply select 'Joker Corporate' on the order form.
Is my data safe?
We only collect your name and phone number through the form. Your data is processed solely to fulfil your order; see our Privacy Policy for details.
